Strategic intervention coaching is the method used by Tony Robbins where very specific tools are used to help the client determine what they truly want (and need) and setting an strategic action plan to take you there. The method uses the most practical and effective forms of strategic action and communication which come from a variety of disciplines such as Human Needs Psychology, neurolinguistics and traditions of diplomacy and negotiation, among others.
